Attendance to the Wild Times convention is directly linked to either accommodation in the KulturHaus group house or selecting one of the "No overnight stay"-Options in the Room selection. There will be no separate convention tickets available for purchase on site.
RULES REGARDING PAYMENT AND BOOKING ROOMS
Once you have your user account registered and activated, you will be able to book your room (or choose one of the available no-overnight stay slots) through the website.
Payment will be done via bank transfer. The title of the transfer should follow the following format: ID-Number - Nickname. The ID number can be found in the user panel.
If you want to combine payments for multiple attendees into one bank transfer, please contact the organizers before doing so.
BADGE AVATARS
Every attendee will be given their own personalized badge. It is two sided and features an avatar (set in the user panel), as well as their nickname, country and languages they speak. The badge is used for participants to see who are they talking to and to make it easier to identify each other.
To make sure each avatar looks nice and crisp, the minimum resolution is 600x600 pixels. PNG files may feature alpha channels for transparency. However, the background layer will always be themed.
If an attendee does not upload their avatar in time, they will receive a default image on their badge.
The con badge will also feature a special achievement system which will be announced soon.
Attendees need to carry their badge at all times! The group house is being rented only for the convention, so anyone not part of the convention will be asked to leave if they have not registered and paid their confee.
CANCELLING ATTENDANCE
If for whatever reason an attendee who has paid their confee is unable to attend Wild Times, we cannot give a refund. However, they can transfer their registration to another user. If you need to do this, just contact the organizers and we can take care of it for you.
